President-The Highest rank you can acheive- Brill Merra
Co-President-Almost as powerful as the president
Shaman-You heal people
Weapon smith- You create psionic weapons and send them to me, you will be paid
Defense administrator-The defenses are monitored by you
Warrior- You fight the battles and are rewarded heavily for wins
Item caretaker- you keep track of all items
Scribe-you keep track of all money in the bank and all members dues, also have a page that records the groups history

Dues
You owe 100 money to the Bank when you join and every month afterwards. That money is used to pay for training.
Training: You pay a pres co-pres or someone who has the skill you want 200 money and you will be trained in the skill, you will be equiped with a weapon or a defense you could not buy otherwise, (only can be aquired through training). You are allowed to carry other weapons but remember psionics is more useful than guns.

Psionic sheild-You create energy to protect you
Psionic Flight- You can fly
Psionic Creation- you can regenerate lost damage counters on psionic weapons
